Whatever happened to butterscotch? As kids, butterscotch seemed like a staple flavour. Maybe it lacked the omnipresence of vanilla, chocolate and strawberry, but it was still around! We obviously jumped on the chance to get our butterscotch on when we noticed these delicious blondies at Federal Store. Chewy, decadent and all the words your want to associate with baked goods.
