Love salmon?  Join the Chefs’ Table Society of British Columbia and the BC Salmon Marketing Council  for the inaugural Wild Salmon Celebration. Guests will enjoy an evening grazing on food stations from eleven participating chefs showcasing fabulous salmon dishes paired with local wines. Participating wineries include Culmina Family Estate Winery, Covert Farms Family Estate, Haywire Winery and Sage Hills Estate Winery. There will also be live music from the Don Hardy Blues Quartet. Held outside along the oceanfront of False Creek's Fisherman's Wharf.

Enjoy an afternoon, wandering from food station to food station tasting gourmet creations from BC's top chefs, bakers, food artisan as well as local wine, beer and spirits tastings. Love food trucks? The second annual Chef Meets Truck presented by the the Chefs' Table Society of BC, in partnership with the Yaletown BIA takes place on Tuesday, September 12, 2017. Vancouver chefs will be jumping on board local food trucks and creating one of a kind collaborative dishes. Enjoy small bites from eight food trucks along with wine and beer tastings.
