This holiday season will be like most of the others in that you’ll need a drink from time to time. And what better way to get one than by whipping up your very own festive cocktail? And no, we’re not talking about just any ordinary cocktail.
We’re talking about a Cranberry Sorbet Sparkling Cocktail. This sounds very fancy pants and it definitely is – but you need little to zero skills to make it! We snagged this recipe from Steller’s Jay Pinnacle Sparkling Wine which is made in our own beautiful backyard of British Columbia.
Cranberry Sorbet Sparkling Cocktail (serves 2)
1 cup frozen cranberries
3.5 tbsp. of honey
1 cup coconut water
1 bottle of Steller’s Jay Pinnacle Sparkling Wine
In a blender combine your frozen cranberries, honey and coconut water on high speed
Place cranberry sorbet in bottom of chilled wine glass
Pour Steller’s Jay Pinnacle Sparkling Wine over top
Garnish with skewered cranberries
