Anyone interesting in dancing freely with a fun crowd is encouraged to wear their winter gear and get ready for a serious party.

According to the event's Facebook page, this occasion is open to anyone looking to have fun.

"Attendees are encouraged to dress up in their most playful attire to help break down barriers to social interaction, reclaim public space for self-expression, and encourage letting loose and having fun."
