Whether you're fresh from the slopes or your sheets, there's a decadent new brunch on offer in Whistler that makes the perfect midday apres anything.

Leave it to the folks at Sidecut at the Four Seasons Whistler to appeal directly to our big brunch-time dreams. You know, the kind that meld over-the-top indulgence with elegance and high quality, with a bit of Hollandaise sauce, too.

We're not talking your average warmed-over grease fest, here. Sidecut's new Sunday brunch is tricked out with some pretty special features.

Things like a doughnut "wall," fried-to-order churros and donut holes, a full table loaded with dim sum dumplings, Peking duck, an Iberico ham, a heap of shrimp and crab claws, whole prime rib roast, and a noodle station--plus brunch staples like eggs, cold cuts, sweets, waffles, fruits and veggies, and more--will certainly fit the bill no matter how you'll be spending your Sunday in Whistler.

The decadent spread focuses on fantastic ingredients and embraces the savoury tradition of dim sum and other Chinese specialties. It's easy to go back to the buffet time and time again (Smoked fish! Egg rolls! Muffins! Salads! Char Siu pork!) and load your plate, but there's enough freshness and variety to help you steer clear of a post-buffet tummy ache.

With live music to keep your toes tapping, and the always on-point hospitality of the Four Seasons, plus all that food (glorious food!) the new Sunday brunch at Sidecut is a great splurge if you're weekending in Whistler.
