Canadians have been doing all they can to support the families affected by yesterday's tragic highway crash which claimed the lives of 13 members of the Humboldt Broncos Bantam A hockey team, their coach, and a play-by-play announcer.

As of the time of this writing $2,583,126 has been raised by way of a GoFundMe campaign, and some notable British Columbians have been stepping in to offer financial support.

From the Canucks' Jake Virtanen to the Vancouver Giants Hockey Club, 38,270 people have so far donated to help raise what will hopefully become a pool of $4,000,000. The money will be donated to players and families affected, to help with any expenses they will incur.
