Summer’s ending and it sucks cause this summer was awesome… but, just to send it off with a bang, Mt Pleasant Pool is having their last pool party of the summer on Sept 7th, from 12-3pm…
They have CAKE!!!!
Come on down and check it out, rain or shine, cause it’ll be fun to all jump in and splash around knowing damn well that summer is almost over but not caring cause we’re all swimming!

Mt Pleasant’s Pool Party is done… but what fun it was!
I’ve never seen so many people crammed into the pool, and all of the events would have been great to take good pictures of, if I wouldn’t have forgotten my camera at home… so my cell phone pics will have to do!.
There was a band playing, free fruit (bags of cherries, blueberries, peaches and nectarines… all for the taking!), free cake, lots of neighbors and people from the neighborhood… and the highlight, where everyone got out of the pool, then jumped in on the count of ten… what a splash!!!!
There’s another one at the end of summer, so I’ll keep ya posted!
Tomorrow, Mt. Pleasant Pool is throwing a pool party, from 12-3.
It’s going to be hot, so you should check it out… plus, then you can show the world your jean short cut-offs and your wicked jack-knifes off of the high dive!

Last weekend, the Mt. Pleasant Pool opened its doors for its summer season, finally… and I kid you not, it’s like time has stood still.
Seriously, does this pool not remind you of the pools when you were a kid?
The rates are cheap, and the place is really worth checking out!
