Vancouver's celebrated VanDusen Botanical Garden will once again flip the switch on a stunning holiday lights display for their annual Festival of Lights.
Featuring over a million lights set up on the garden grounds, the Festival of Lights will dazzle kids and grown ups alike.
Lighting up December 1, 2017 to January 7, 2018, the Festival of Lights will not only be a celebration for the eyes, but also a winter wonderland full of fun things to do and experience.
Every ticket includes a ride on the carousel, which evokes a true Parisian experience. There will be light shows timed to music every 20 minutes on Livingstone Lake, storytime with Santa (until December 24), a fireside lounge offering special holiday beverages, live entertainment, donation opportunities, music-making, and heaps of picture perfect selfie ops.
There are plenty of things to eat and drink at the Festival, too, from the onsite Truffles Cafe and Shaughnessy Restaurant to pop-up vendors like Cin City Donuts and Big Dogs, and more.
Ticket sales online and in-person at VanDusen are already underway. If you're buying at the gate, take note that ticket sales will end a half hour ahead of closing each night.
