The Black Spirit pirate ship that you may have seen floating around False Creek full of scallywags has been listed for sale.
Priced at $549,000, it's not presented as an opportunity to buy a boat but what the sellers are claiming is a profitable business. They're saying a buyer could earn $150,000/year on it.
It's 890 sq ft and the thing that might catch your eye the most is the fact that it comes with a marina slip at Granville Island. People will tell you they've been on a waiting list for one for years, so the slip alone might be worth its weight in gold.

Unfortunately there are no Captain's quarters underneath; it's all exposed. So if you were thinking this could be an opportunity to buy a character float home you would be mistaken.
It could be a neat business opportunity though.
