The Vancouver weather forecast is calling for seven straight days of rain after heavy rainfall caused localized flooding in the city.
Crews worked throughout the evening to try and unclog storm trains in high traffic areas.
"Intersections, such as Columbia Street near West 2nd Avenue and Hastings Street near Clark Drive, saw water nearly a foot deep on the roads and sidewalks," reports The Weather Network.
Further, there was heavy flooding in Olympic Village and parts of Richmond. What's more, there were reports of 15 to 20 millimetres of rainfall in roughly two hours.
Now, the forecast is calling for seven straight days of rainfall.
