Located 7,700 feet high in the mountains, the Eagle's Eye Restaurant offers stunning, panoramic views of five breathtaking national parks.
During the winter months, the Eagle’s Eye hosts a number of special dining events, such as its 'Winter Dinner Series,' as well as New Year's Eve and Christmas. However, some of the schedules may be affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.
The mountaintop restaurant also offers a decadent, five-star dining experience, with a variety of entrees, including duck confit, wild boar, venison tenderloin and more.
The resort recommends that you make reservations in advance because the decadent eatery is extremely popular.
Eagle's Eye Suite
The resort also includes a luxury accommodation suite that promises ultimate comfort and class.
