The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) is warning Canadians that a brand of chicken nugget is being recalled due to possible salmonella contamination.
JD Sweid Foods (2013) Ltd. is recalling its Hampton House brand chicken nuggets is being pulled from the marketplace due to possible salmonella contamination, explains a food recall warning on Wednesday (Feb. 9).
The product was sold in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba.
The item recalled is:

The recall was triggered by a CFIA investigation and the agency is conducting a food safety investigation, which may lead to the recall of other products. However, no illnesses have been reported so far.
