Answering the age old question "Where's the beef?" the Village Pub's weekly meat draw offers patrons of the neighbourhood watering hole located next to the Champlain Heights Community Centre not one, not two but 10 meaty prizes over the course of a rambunctious evening. As part of the Courier's Vancouver Special neighbourhood series, we trekked to the farthest reaches of Killarney to capture some of the excitement, fierce competition and colourful characters that make up the Friday night meat draw.
