An excellent way to kick start your Summer and Victoria Day weekend, the annual Vancouver Chinatown Night Market, located in Vancouver's historical Chinatown, offers diverse food, entertainment and shopping for the whole family. The first of its kind in North America, the Night Market will feature hundreds of Asian and Non-Asian food vendors, artistic handicrafts and various merchandise. Visitors can partake in an authentic cultural experience by sampling dim sum, curry fish balls, bubble tea, Indian pakoras and those famous "tornado" potato skewers. Prepare to be captivated by ethic performances including Chinese Opera singers, dance troupes, Chinese and English Karaoke singing and marital arts.
