These are the top 10 lowest gas prices in Vancouver right now

On Tuesday, gas price analysts told Vancouverites to wait a day to fill up at the pumps in as prices were expected to drop today. 

As of 11 a.m. on Wednesday, a number of gas stations in Vancouver were showing prices as low as 125.9 cents per litre. 

Those stations include: the Shell at East 12th Avenue and Clark Drive, the Petro-Canada at East Broadway and Clark and the Super Save at East 12th Avenue and Clark.

And a number of gas stations in Vancouver are offering gas at 127.9 cents per litre.

On March 10, Dan McTeague, president, Canadians for Affordable Energy, formerly of GasBuddy.com, predicted that gas prices would drop eight to 10 cents in a single day on Wednesday. 

While you'll still pay a pretty penny for gas in Vancouver, gas prices in the rest of B.C. dipped quite low this week. For example, a gas station in Prince is currently asking just over a dollar a litre. In fact, the top ten cheapest stations in the province are asking under 110 cents per litre right now. 

Gas prices are also falling across the rest of Canada, with many stations selling well below $1 a litre.
