BC Ministry of Transportation & Infrastructure said the car accident that caused delays on Highway 99 southbound this morning has been cleared.
A semi truck was seen flipped on its side before 4:30 a.m. on Highway 99 near Cambie Road. The accident had reduced the highway to one lane and caused congestions.
Traffic was getting around the incident via the No.4 Road and the Shell Road off-ramps and an HOV lane. Crews were on the scene.
