We are an independent bakery specializing in naturally leavened sourdough bread and French inspired pastries. We believe in making everything from scratch, with fresh, high quality ingredients. All of our breads are made with whole grains and baked fresh throughout the day. We offer family sized prepared items such as quiche and apple almond tart, or individual items like sausage rolls. We also offer a selection of frozen bake-at-home items, such as cinnamon buns, puff pastry, scones, galettes, chocolate chip cookies. Dry goods such as crostini, cookies, granola, bread crumbs and croutons are also available and keep fresh for weeks.
