A B.C. man who received a golden ticket from judges on American Idol recently made an appearance in Vancouver.
Cameron Whitcomb from Kamloops made it to Hollywood after cracking the top 20 on the second season of the talent competition.
He also made it to Hollywood North.
Whitcomb was spotted performing in Vancouver on April 2, making a surprise appearance at blues, roots, and rock and roll singer Liam St. John's show. The low-key concert also featured Joshua Quimby and Benjamin Dakota Rogers.
Like Whitcomb, St. John also got his start on a talent competition TV show. He stunned judges Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton on season 19 of NBC's The Voice.
The B.C. singer shared a clip from his part of the performance on social media.
