The Chronic Tacos location that used to be on West Broadway near Cambie closed down recently, but it's not gone for good--they've re-opened the franchise at Waterfront Station.
To celebrate the big move, Chronic Tacos (a Southern California-based chain) is holding a Grand Opening party on July 27. The event will include a whole bunch of food and drink specials:
- 50% off tacos from 11 am-2 pm
- Free chips & salsa with any purchase over $5
- All Day Drink Specials: $4 Beers, Margaritas, and Sangria
- Free food samples and giveaways
Plus, there's going to be a live mariachi band, and a celebri-guest: Jason "Wee Man" Acuña. Acuña, known for his role as part of TV's Jackass crew, will be on hand at the Grand Opening celebration. He's one of the investors in the biz.
Side note: The space Chronic Tacos vacated on Broadway is being turned into the second location of Heritage Asian Eatery.
