"Jenny from the block" has shared some images from the set of a movie she's currently filming in Vancouver.
The popular singer, actress, producer, and dancer is in town filming a Netflix thriller called The Mother that also stars Joseph Fiennes (Shakespeare In Love), Omari Hardwick (Power), and Gael Garcia Bernal (Y Tu Mamá También).
Jennifer Lopez plays an assassin who comes out of hiding to protect her daughter that she gave up while she was on the run from dangerous men, according to Variety.
The actress took to Instagram Friday (Oct. 15) to share some snaps from the set, captioning "some [behind the scenes] of my new movie I’m filming right now." She also mentions that the filming location is in Vancouver.
Lopez sports a steely-grey toque, long-sleeved shirt, a vest, and some fingerless gloves in the images.
Last week, a New Westminster resident shared a video of the star and her double going over a scene they were shooting. He shared an image of the double yawning, too.
