Park music will be back on Main Street starting tomorrow, Aug. 9 thanks to Music on Main.
The purveyors of live music have organized a pop-up series of shows in Mount Pleasant Park at West 16 Avenue and Ontario Street.
Nine concerts have been organized, featuring a variety of styles, from a saxophone quartet to a duo playing a santour and oud to a pair of contemporary percussionists.
Organizers encourage people to bring a chair or blanket and enjoy an evening outside.
"In order to help everyone feel as comfortable and welcome as possible, we encourage audience members to stay 6 feet apart from people outside their own social circles," they add.
The free music starts at 6:30 p.m.
