For fans of early 2000s hip hop, the Where the Party tour may be the biggest event of 2025.
The just-announced tour features Nelly as headliner, along with Ja Rule, Jermaine Dupri, and Chingy, as well as Nelly's group, the St. Lunatics.
Some special guests are promised as well.
The group of performers represents dozens of hit songs and awards with plenty of radio play from the late 90s to the mid-2000s. Nelly alone had three top-three albums in Canada from 2002 to 2004, and that doesn't include his breakout album, Country Grammar, with hits like "Ride With Me" and "Batter Up."
Ja Rule was also a recognizable voice on the airwaves for a few years with hits like "Always on Time" and "Mesmerize."
The tour, which may need a reinforced stage to hold everyone, is coming to Vancouver's Rogers Arena on April 24, 2025. It's the last stop on the Canadian leg of the tour, though one more date, in Toronto, is happening at the end of July.
The tour will be hitting 54 dates around the U.S., Europe, New Zealand, Australia, and Canada.
