Established and respected Canadian brand Poppy Barley arrives to Gastown June 2nd - 6th to share the S/S 15 collection of footwear with a five day pop-up at the Woodward's Storefront. Sisters and business partners, Kendall and Justine Barber founded the made-to-order footwear brand together in Edmonton and are shipping it all out west for the pop-up. The shoes are made in León, Mexico with cow, calf, goat and deer leather sourced from a family-run tannery. Craftsmanship, thoughtful design and fair profits are a couple of the brands core values.
