Vancouver often sets the scene for other cities, whether it's the fictional town named Smallville or Vancouver's American twin, Seattle.
In fact, the city is so often portrayed as Seattle, along with other cities, that one TV show decided to set their story in Vancouver itself, and cast Vancouver actors.
