'The Last of Us' film set features bow and arrow, other props in Stanley Park

One of the show's stars also shared some photos from Vancouver with a powerful caption about trans rights.

Locals spotted some movie props from a hugely popular HBO zombie show's film set in Stanely Park.

The Last of Us stars Pedro Pascal (The Mandalorian, The Unbearable Weight of Massive Talent), Bella Ramsey (Game of Thrones), Young Mazino (Beef), and Nico Parker (Dumbo) and has been filming its second season in the city for the past few months.

Lukáš Lyžičiar shared three images from the film set in the forest on X, formerly Twitter, including one showing several props such as a bow-and-arrow, leather backpacks, and several red tags.

In the comments below the post, a New Westminster resident who frequently shares Vancouver film set photos remarked, "Would have been interesting if you had a clear picture of the red tag to see what was written on them… But great photos."

Lyžičiar responded by sharing a close-up photo of the tags. One of them reads "Krystyna bag," another "Paul," while the others are more difficult to make out.

Bella Ramsey shares photos in Vancouver

In August, the New Westminster resident shared photos of Ramsey, who plays Ellie, and Mazino, who plays Jesse. The latter actor was just recently added to the star-studded lineup.

Ramsey shared a post on Instagram on Sunday with several photos, some from in and around Vancouver. One of them shows the trees in Stanley Park.

The actor also shared some personal reflections: "I watched Boys Don’t Cry recently and realized how not long ago trans acceptance started to happen and it made me feel very privileged to live in this time of change where tolerance, learning, love and understanding are beginning to champion," they wrote.

The Last of Us recently shared photos of their film set in Vancouver featuring a military convoy through the downtown core, including army tanks and other armoured military transport.
