Shu, Ju, Jiro, Kuni, Koda, Saho.....I've lost count of the Japanese skateboarders visiting Vancouver that I've met. Every summer, you roll up to the plaza and there's a whole new crew. They're always so full of stoke, and they have that crouching tiger stance right before they do a trick....I think it's impossible not to become their friend. These guys are here for a month and plan to go to Burnside. They weren't really posing for the photo...they're like that all the time.
