A popular Vancouver actress is sharing some love for her hometown on social media.
Jessica Lowndes is best known for her co-starring role as Adrianna Tate-Duncan in the popular 2008 reboot of 90210 on the CW. She attended the Pacific Academy in Surrey, according to imdb.com.
In addition to acting, the 34-year-old actress has also started a singing career and released a series of new music videos in 2022.
Lowndes recently shared a couple of posts on her Instagram of pictures she captures in the city over the past few days. One of them features the brunette sitting on a ledge that overlooks the ocean; she is wearing a grey toque and a white puffer jacket and has been sipping on a coffee from Prado cafe.
While she was enjoying a dry, somewhat sunny moment when the photo was taken, the actress got caught in one of the freak hailstorms shortly after.
"It's all fun and games until it starts hailing," the actress quipped.
In another photo, the 90210 star appears in three photos at the Kind Cafe and Eatery with a purple smoothie in a mason jar.
The vegetarian restaurant is slated to close within the coming weeks, and while she notes that it is cool "to be kind," it isn't cool that the spot is closing down.
"Is there a petition I can sign?" she asks.
In January, Lowndes shared some highlights from her B.C. travel over the past year, which included some camping trips and a visit to Bowen Island as well as some travel around the world.
