Are you taking a dip at a Vancouver beach today?
If you are, make sure you wear sunscreen and drink plenty of water — if you hadn't noticed it's oppressively toasty outside.
But if you happen to make it down to Jericho Beach, you might spot a film set.
Photos of the set shared on Twitter Monday (June 28) show several tents, lighting and sound equipment and signage that notifies passersby that filming is taking place.
Erik Allen noted that the film crew was setting up on either side of the "main path through Jericho Beach."
Family Law in Vancouver
Family Law is a 10-episode TV show that is slated to premiere on Global later this year. According to IMDB, the one-hour drama follows a "group of flawed family members who reluctantly work together at their father's law firm in downtown Vancouver."
Last week, production company FLS2 Production Services Inc. shared a resident notification letter to Gastown residents for filming on Tuesday (June 29) from 1 p.m. to 11 p.m.
Filming is set to take place around the Milano Espresso Bar and 81 Alexander Street and will include temporary "no stopping" zones.
