The Vegan Market returns to Vancouver on March 12, with more dates this spring and summer.

Fans of plant-based food and products should have the Vegan Market on their radar.

The market, which features everything from food to clothing to skincare products to books, has set dates for two events in East Van and a summer beach seriesin 2025.

Two dates have been revealed for markets at the Waldorf Hotel: Wednesday, March 12, and Wednesday, April 23. Both markets will run from 6 to 9:30 p.m. Entrance is $4 or a donation of canned goods, clothing, or pet food.

"Get ready for an action-packed evening of 45+ vendors, live music, bonfires, giveaways, and soy much more!" reads the Vegan Market's webpage.

Starting in May, the market will be holding biweekly markets at Locarno Beach.

"We're excited to announce that Vancouver's first and only oceanside market will be returning to Locarno Beach from May 22 to Sept. 11," market founder Savannah-Rae Furfaro tells V.I.A. "The market is free to attend and will feature complimentary sunset sound baths and yoga classes."

The market may be expanding this year, Furfaro notes, as Nanaimo and Victoria are being considered for summer markets.
