It's hard to believe we've been at this for 5 years as of today! What started as a small blog project has snowballed into a positivity machine with an annual print edition, 29,000 Followers on Twitter, 11,000 Likes on our Facebook Page, 10,288 blog posts published, 6 Georgia Straight BEST OF Awards and an immeasurable amount of celebrating the people that are pushing your city forward in a positive way. Our core purpose has always been the same; to remind you of all of the awesome things that make your city an awesome place to live, despite the bad, and we wouldn't be able to do it without the help of a great many volunteers and partners.
So a huge thank you to all of our editors and writers (past and present), our community partners, advertisers, general supporters, tweeps, Facebook friends, fellow media outlets and journalists, all of our subjects we've profiled, and of course all of our faithful readers.
