With five albums over seven years, Tyler Childers has been a busy man, but he's finding time to tour around Canada and the U.S. right now, including a stop in Vancouver later this week.
Childers will be playing Rogers Arena on Aug. 8, bringing with him a songbook that includes "Whitehouse Road," "House Fire" and his latest hit, "In Your Love."
The Kentuckian has spent a lot of time on the road since last fall but is coming off a short break after playing shows in eastern Canada in early July. He returns to the stage in Calgary on Aug. 6 before arriving in Vancouver.
Opening for Childers is Allison Russell, a Canadian solo artist from Montreal playing a traditional style of Americana music (which has garnered her several Grammy nominations and one win).
