Dim sum all day? Don't mind if I do!
Heritage Asian Eatery has just launched a new dim sum dishes, and they are available to order seven days a week from 11 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. from their Mount Pleasant location for dine-in, take-out, or delivery.
These colourful packed little morsels of deliciousness hit all the classic flavours and notes of a delectable dim sum feast. How packed? Be warned, when you pull open that bright pink bun there's going to be a sweet gush of gooey salted egg yolk that will have you licking your fingers for sure.
In fact, Heritage even has a dumpling they're calling the Flavour Bomb - this one comes in a cheery orange wrapper and is filled with juicy lamb punched up with dill.
Also on the dim sum menu are traditional siu mai, BBQ pork buns, and succulent XO XLB soup dumplings, just to name a few. Their radish cakes are tasty cubes that are crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, too.
