A vibrant new Vietnamese restaurant is joining the Fraser Street corridor.
Bonjour Vietnam Bistro is opening at 3944 Fraser Street, next to the lovely Batard bakery and café, in the space that had previously been home to Royal Fortune Restaurant.
"We hope to bring our customers the best Vietnamese cuisine filled with surprise and excitement," says the restaurant.
Bonjour Vietnam Bistro is drawing their culinary inspiration from all regions of the country, and will serve up a menu that includes familiar dishes like pho, tropical salads, skewers, vermicelli noodle bowls, rice dishes, salad and spring rolls, as well as desserts. A full vegetarian menu is also available.
Currently Bonjour is in the hiring stages, and is aiming to open their doors in March, and will be open daily for lunch and dinner service. You can follow them on Instagram for updates.
