Four Winds Brewing has excitedly just released their award-winning Operis Brett Saison, sold in a champagne bottle, complete with a cork to pop, just in time for the holidays.
Named Brewery of the Year at the 2015 Canadian Brewing Awards, Four Winds Brewing received a gold medal for their French and Belgian-inspired Operis Brett Saison. Part of the 'Eurus' series, which is named after the Greek God of the East winds, Operis is aged in Okanagan red wine barrels and invigorated with the wild yeast strain Brettanomyces providing inviting hues of straw and earth. Price: $13.00 including taxes per bottle.
