Gastown's Nemesis Coffee has expanded their reach in Metro Vancouver, as they open the doors to their brand-new location at the Polygon Gallery in North Vancouver.
This new outpost of Nemesis, dubbed Nemesis Polygon, will serve as the brand's flagship location, and features single-origin coffees, pastries under the "Dope Bakehouse" banner, and a brunch-focused cafe menu.
The 1600-square-foot space has seating for 35, and Nemesis is hoping its proximity to the gallery and the emerging cultural and retail scene of Lower Lonsdale will make the cafe a destination for creatives and innovators.
Regular folks in search of a bite to eat and a great cup of coffee are welcome, too.
The original Gastown Nemesis is known for their signature "Dope Brunch" menu, so not surprisingly daytime eats are at the core of the kitchen offerings. Their Dope Bakehouse program will feature an array of baked goods that take some bold leaps with flavour choices, making for a truly inspired option for a sweet treat in North Van.
Nemesis Polygon will be open daytime hours only to start, with an eventual expansion to include evenings.
The coffee business is also working on opening an additional location on Great Northern Way on the Emily Carr campus.
Nemesis Polygon is located at 101 Carrie Cates Court in North Vancouver.
