The Sutton Place Hotel's Boulevard Kitchen and Oyster Bar Restaurant has become known for their popular "Sunday Suppers" which have featured summer seafood boils and fall pig roasts. New for spring, Executive Chef Alex Chen serves up the flavours of Spain's national dish, Paella with West Coast flair.
"Sunday Night Suppers" feature communal tables where guests dine on an all inclusive three-course meal. The spring dinner which runs until May 29th includes a glass of Boulevard's specially made Sangria, a sinful starter of Poached Egg and White Asparagus, the signature main course-Paella featuring roasted ling cod, clams, mussels, prawns, and chorizo along with heavenly Valencia Orange-infused Chocolate Mousse for dessert. Special Spanish wine pairings are available either by the glass or the bottle as well as carafes of Sangria for an additional charge.
There is something special about Sunday dinner, so grab your friends and family and make a reservation. The added bonus, no-one has to help clean the dishes.
