Pi Co Pizza, which began in 2016 in Toronto, has now expanded to Vancouver with a new location for build-your-own pizza and salad on Granville St in downtown.

Known for its made-to-order Neapolitan-style pies, Pi Co has had a slice of the Ontario quick-serve pizza market since 2016.

Now the Toronto-based chain has expanded west and has just launched its first outpost in Vancouver.

Pi Co's Vancouver location is up and running at 574 Granville St (in the old Cafe Crepe spot).

Customers can order up build-your-own "Craft Yours" pizzas, starting with the crust (regular or gluten-free) and cheese (plant-based cheese is available) and sauce. Customize your pie with unlimited toppings, though Pi Co recommends selecting four to six. If you're too indecisive, Pi Co does have a few basic pizzas, like a Margherita or a few other house topping-combo options available to choose from.

As a sweet bonus, Pi Co also offers build-your-own dessert pizza, the Sweet Pi, with options like Nutella or chocolate bar-type ingredients, fruit, and sauces.

Pi Co has customizable salads, and other small bites on the savoury and sweet sides of the menu.

The new Vancouver Pi Co is open Sunday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Fridays and Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Find them on Instagram @pi_co_pizza.
