One of Steveston Village’s much-loved breakfast and brunch spots has packed up and moved to Gibsons on the Sunshine Coast.
Cimona Café on Bayview Street posted a notice on its door on the weekend, notifying customers and thanking them for their loyalty over the years.
The closure is the latest in a line of established businesses in the village shutting up shop, following the recent departure of Budget Appliances in January.
The Richmond News understands that Cocoru Beer and Chicken, currently at Alexandra Road – near Alderbridge Way and Garden City Road – is in the process of filling the void left by Cimona.
The News has reached out to Cocoru to find out what their plans are and when they might open.
