Vancouver's premier celebration of all things spirits is back for a fourth year, and the lineup of special events, gatherings, and workshops is more exciting than ever.
Vancouver Cocktail Week runs March 2 to 9, 2025, at restaurants, bars, and venues across the city, bringing together global mixology stars, legendary brands, local businesses and drinks enthusiasts for a week packed with curated programming.
Kicking off with VCW's popular Signature Sunday Cocktail Brunch - which takes place this year at ARC Restaurant at the Fairmont Waterfront - the week is brimming with neighbourhood cocktail crawls, happy hours (Cinq a Sept), guest bartender pop-ups, seminars, and pairing dinners.
The week of festivities is capped off by the sensational can't-miss Black & White Gala, which is VCW's most glamorous event. The bash, which supports the Mind the Bar initiative, features multiple cocktail stations and delicious food, and takes place on March 8, 2025 at the elegant Rosewood Hotel Georgia.
The highlights of VCW are vast, ranging from "The History of the Martini" seminar to a night of drinks and drag at the West End's lush Jungle Room. Feast on vegetarian fare at the Michelin Guide-endorsed The Acorn for a "Locavore Cocktail Adventure," or experience a whisky pairing dinner with The Dalmore at one of Vancouver's buzziest new restaurants, Elem.
There's a "Tipsy Tea" at Notch 8 and Ben Yabrow from NYC's Sip & Guzzle will spend an evening pouring at Main Street's lively Good Thief. Visit some of Commercial Drive's best cocktail spots all in one exciting evening, or see what some of Vancouver's top female bartenders are up to as they share the bar at The Flamingo Room for some beyond-well-deserved time in the spotlight.

Tickets will be available for all of the Vancouver Cocktail Week events starting December 1, 2024.
