A Vancouver street corner is getting a little taste of the Emerald Isle.
Foy's Irish Bar & Grill will be moving into 395 Kingsway at the intersection with East 12th Avenue. For nearly 10 years that was the location of 12 Kings, a sports pub; before that, the location had been the Locker Room, the Hood, Paper Rock, and Mavericks.
Few details have been released about the incoming pub, aside from it's coming soon (though no date has been announced), established in 2023 and Irish. Branding for 12 Kings remains on the building but is being removed this week.
While the pub isn't open yet, there's already a review on Google suggesting it has an "excellent location, food & freshly re-felted pool tables."
