Traffic is blocked on Mount Seymour Parkway early Thursday evening, after a large container spilled off a truck that was transporting it.
Around 4 p.m. on Friday, eastbound lanes were stopped on the busy North Vancouver roadway, as the container slid off the truck bed and onto the crosswalk at Plymouth Avenue.
Police cruisers and a large tow truck were on the scene shortly afterwards, working to remove the spilled container.
Traffic was backed up, mostly in the eastbound direction where the truck was sitting.
