The Harrison East wildfire is now being held, according to BC Wildfire Service.
The wildfire is projected to remain within the current perimeter, control line or boundary set up by firefighters.

Firefighters are responding by ground and air to fight a wildfire burning on the east side of Harrison Lake.
BC Wildfire Service (BCWS) says the Harrison East wildfire is located two kilometres north of Slollicum Creek and was discovered just before 10 a.m. on July 10.
As of Wednesday morning, the wildfire is estimated to be 0.4 hectares in size and is burning out of control.
Fire information officer Jade Richardson says witnesses reported seeing smoke from a distance and called BCWS right away.
“Quick reporting of things that are seen allows us to have a quick response,” she says.
Two initial attack crews, two fire officers, one helicopter and a water tender are at the fire.
Initial attack crews are the first to respond to a wildfire due to their quick and effective response. These teams are often made up of four people.
“We’re hitting it with response resources and we were able to react very quickly to the reports,” says Richardson.
The fire is believed to be human-caused.
Richardson is reminding people to be mindful and safe when recreating in the outdoors. People camping or doing outdoor activities should be able to put out a fire if it were to happen.
“Always being mindful of the dry areas,” she says.
A campfire ban is coming into effect on Friday at noon for all of B.C.
