The Vancouver Cherry Blossom Festival has released an awe-inspiring video as the blooms begin to disappear.
The video, called 'In Full Bloom' was shot over April, capturing trees as they blossomed throughout the city, using drones to capture different perspectives and to go beyond usual videos.
"Using the latest in cinema technology, drones, and stabilized camera systems, Vancouver’s own Peacemaker Filmworks is Canada’s leader in specialty camera production," states the festival organizers of the producers of the 11-minute video.
They shot scenes throughout the city, capturing the blooms during the day, as the sun set or rose and even at night, using artificial light to create magical scenes of a tree covered in white flowers.
