The New Westminster Police Department is looking for help to recover a local child’s mobility aid that was stolen.
Police tweeted out photos of the mobility aid on Wednesday, asking for tips.

Between 7:30 and 8:15 p.m. on Aug. 9, the mini-walker was stolen off the back of the family vehicle that was parked on 1st Street after a suspect cut the strap and the lock, said a police statement.
The device is valued at $3,000.
