Three people were sent to hospital Monday morning, Sept. 11, after a collision between an unmarked Vancouver Police Department car and another vehicle.
The collision occurred before 7:15 a.m. and closed the intersection of Burrard Street and West Broadway in Kitsilano for a couple of hours; the intersection has since reopened.
"Two officers and the driver of the other vehicle have been taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries," states the VPD on Twitter.
An investigation into the incident is ongoing.
