In a six-second video posted to Facebook Marketplace, a shaky cam pans around what is essentially a shoe closet filled with laundry and random assorted items.
It's an ad for a bedroom to rent.
The post advertises the windowless space as "a furnished den with mattress and luggage space."
There is no mattress in the video but the post assures that the footage is just for reference and there will be a mattress by the time you move in.
The "den" is in a shared apartment on Howe Street near Granville and the West End. The preferred tenant would be "female" and sharing the place with three other people, "two male students and one female student."
The apartment is on the 21st floor and has a dishwasher, balcony, in-suite laundry, and cable TV according to the post. The building also comes with a "gym, karaoke room, [and] party room" all for $850 a month.
