Movie lovers and TV show binge-watchers, get ready to geek out.
A free exhibit of all things Hollywood North is open in Metro Vancouver and you can see Superman's suit (from Superman and Lois) for yourself, among other film set treasures.
You can find "one of the largest collections of costumes, props, posters and photographs that Hollywood’s North has to offer" at the "Surrey On Screen" exhibit at the Museum of Surrey happening now through April 17, 2023.
It isn't uncommon to see film sets pop up around Vancouver, and it isn't a rare sight around Surrey either. The city has seen a multitude of popular feature, TV, and streaming titles shoot on location there over the years, including Riverdale, The Flash, Smallville, The Good Doctor, Deadpool, Chilling Adventures of Sabrina, Jennifer's Body, Happy Gilmore, the third movie of the Twilight Saga... the list just keeps on going.
In addition to touring through fragments of the Hollywood North, the free exhibit also has a red carpet to strut on, a green screen station where you can immerse yourself in any Surrey filming location, and a place to vote for your favourite Surrey-made film.
