Special DC Comics superhero Compass cards are coming to Vancouver.

In one of the more unusual cross-over events, TransLink and DC Comics superheroes are coming together.

People will be able to board buses using Batman, step onto the SkyTrain using Superman, or flash The Flash to get on the SeaBus soon. Metro Vancouver Compass cards are going to be available for one day, according to the transit authority.

"The DC Compass Bundle lets customers show their love for DC’s Super Heroes while taking transit around the region," states TransLink in a press release.

On Friday, June 16 there will be 1,000 bundles of Compass cards featuring one of the four Justice League members for sale. They'll only be available at the Stadium-Chinatown Station.

The bundles, running about $40, will also include a poster and a lanyard, along with the single Compass card. People will be able to buy up to four bundles per transaction.

"DC Compass Bundles will be available on a first-come, first-served basis and subject to availability; all sales are final," states TransLink.

The cards go on sale at 3 p.m.
