Locals are sharing photos from the Supergirl film set in Downtown Vancouver this week.
Supergirl is an American TV show based on the DC Comics character of the same name. The show is filming its final season in the city, which airs Tuesdays on the CW.
A Vancouverite took to Twitter to share snaps from the set on Hastings St. near Granville St. on Thursday (July 29) that show a crowd of people as well as lighting equipment and vehicles. They also noted that the scene was filming "at 1021 W Hastings St."
Another local shared images of the cast acting in a funeral scene dressed in all black attire.

A video shared by @CaptCanuck66 from the Supergirl set shows actress Nicole Maines who plays Nai Nia (also known by the code name Dreamer in the show) proudly waving a flag.
A video from the July 21 set shows actor Jesse Rath arriving while his stunt double performs. Rath plays "Brainiac-5. Half computer, half organic life," according to Deadline.
