Three people are five figures richer after playing the lottery in Metro Vancouver over the long weekend.
A trio of Lotto 6/49 tickets purchased in Vancouver and Surrey are worth $50,000 each after claiming three of the 20 guaranteed prizes from the national draw on Saturday, Feb. 15.
The winning numbers are as follows:
- Vancouver = 17980393-03
- Surrey = 18021105-01
- Surrey = 18123290-01
As well, the results show a fourth ticket bought somewhere in B.C. via PlayNow.com is also worth $50,000 (see image 2 in gallery).
It's not known yet where the physical tickets were purchased or if any of the winners have come forward.
"All lottery prize winners have 52 weeks from the draw date printed on their ticket to come forward to claim their prize," the BC Lottery Corporation has previously stated.
"The specific retail location where the winning lottery ticket was purchased, and the lottery winners' name(s) will be announced after the winner has come forward to claim their prize."
There were six guaranteed prize winners from B.C. in Lotto 6/49's latest draw, eight others were in Ontario, four in Québec and two in the Atlantic region.
A lotto player in Penticton also took home $245,448.80, which was the secondary Classic Draw prize after correctly matching at least five of the six selected numbers.
Meanwhile, someone in Québec also won the $1-million White Ball jackpot on Saturday, but no one claimed the $14-million Gold Ball prize.
